First, I'm a graphic designer and uniquely enough also a PowerPoint and Keynote design expert with over 25 years in the industry presentation Industry. I estimate that I've made over 12,000 individual slides for over 300 clients. I'm expert-level in the mainstream presentation packages and also Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and can achieve results that don't look like Powerpoint or Keynote.

My 4 step process 

  1. An initial free no obligation consultation to ensure I fully understand what your objectives are.
  2. Start with a solid foundation I will ensure you have a well constructed brand compliant slide master.
  3. Design of each and every frame to maximise audience retention and understanding.
  4. Test and deliver your slide deck making sure all assets are clear and all media plays.

Using this four stage process I'll ensure your deck looks great, is technically sound and most importantly, conveys your message effectively.

Step 1. 'The brief'

I can take your brief from a handwritten note, a Word document, a PDF or an existing deck.

Step 2. 'The template'

Every deck needs a good solid template or 'slide master' behind it. I can pre-program your brand colours, fonts and brand attributes into the template so 90% of the look-and-feel is already taken care of before we concentrate on the individual frames and messages. I will provide title slides, section dividers and chart/image layouts to cover all content and keep a consistent look-and-feel. This of course can be used again and again for future presentations to ensure a consistent look and feel going forwards.

Step 3. 'Design'

Every deck is different and every slide must retain the audiences attention and convey the message you want them to remember. A list of bullets can be redesigned to bring a process or key take-aways to life. I can create simple designs that help your audience understand complex messages. All on-brand and visually compelling.

Step 4. 'Test and deliver'

Once the content is signed-off I'll go through the deck top to bottom and ensure there are no abnormalities, that all media plays as it should on both Windows and Mac systems. Spell-check and sense-check before delivering the final deck to you.
